These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Bajiwala platform and all related services. By creating an account or using any service on Bajiwala, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bajiwala. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to place bets.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Arbitrage betting or bonus abusing.

Bajiwala firmly believes that betting and gaming are purely for entertainment. We place the highest importance on the mental and financial well-being of our members.

• Members in their own account Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits can be set.
• If problematic gaming behavior is identified, bajiwala may temporarily suspend the account.
• Members can use the self-exclusion feature to temporarily disable their account for a set period.
• Our support team is always ready to assist with any betting-related issues.

• Updated terms will take effect 7 days after they are published.
